Hey, I have a new page at tagged.com, where I've even bothered to add a few widgets...I wanted to share it with any old friends here who may be interested. (the url is at the end of this post)

However, I discovered that when I finally feel the old fire to write a bit, their so-called "journal" allows some pathetically limited amount of characters, so the time I spent venting there was all for naught!
Caramba!
So I'm back here at LiveJournal and think I am ready to start getting back to some journaling.
But for tonight, my fingers and feelings are spent - albeit all with nothing to show for it. Alas!
The muse shall come again, but not tonight!
Meanwhile, you can visit me at tagged and see what silliness I've been up to there!

Peace!

Love the anklet, could use some motivation...

I finally got around to posting a pic of one of my anklets
on the website...

This is a really big pic, isn't it?
I should edit it and make it a tad smaller...
but I don't feel like it right now...

This is what I call a case of thinmanbicadwin (thin-man-bi-cadwin) - which is just a little word I made up to say:
"This needs my attention now, but I can't deal with it now".

Okay, really I could deal with it now...if I wanted to.
But I don't feel like it.

Anyway, I like the way the anklet turned out...

Finished a project that has been waiting for my time for way too long!
This is a teddy bear that my niece asked for at least a couple of years ago - at least she's not in high school yet, or graduating college! She turned 10 last month (yes, I know! I'm late!)
I thought I would post ia photo because I took my time (for a change) and am really pleased with the way this little bear turned out.
Now it's time to mend the holes in my own childrens' teddies!
Alas! My kingdom for an hour of nothing else to do! Ha!

I should resize this pic and make it a bit larger, but I usually end up distorting them when I try to do that! So I'll leave it as is and hope you all have good eyes!   : )

I've been having fun with big funky beads, lately; and I really like the look of this one.  It is all glass beads with Swarovski crystal accents and silver-plated findings - the pic here shows it unfinished.

This was custom-made for a lady at my gym who wanted something for her sister. The only info she gave me was "She likes red" !
After putting together several designs and e-mailing pics to her, she chose this one. It was great when I ran into her a couple weeks later at the gym and she told me her sister loved it! Her words were "It was perfect! My sister likes the big chunky look and she loved the bracelet!"
That's the best part about offering custom-made jewelry!
Now I'm working on some black and silver designs...I'll post those later.
I'll also be adding more like this on my website:

I'm off to bead!

My First Entry!
Well, since I like to blabber so much in my e-mails, (and in person, too!) and I have always enjoyed writing in general - it seemed sensible to just go ahead and start an online journal, and maybe I can give a few friends a break from my foot-long e-mail letters!

Today I spent so much time just trying to decide on a "theme-look" , I think I will have to keep this short so that there's some time left in the day for other necessities...well, I guess what I am doing now can't really be called a necessity, can it?
So let's say, I need to move on to the things that really do need to be done today.
Not the least of which is - Father's Day shopping! Yipes! Good thing my sweet hubby has already told me exactly what he wants and where to find it!

So this is it for today - but I shall return!

Peace!
